Operations Associate
What you’ll do
The operations team is the bridge between our product and our customers. This role is for someone who loves talking to folk from harm reduction organizations, obsesses about operational details, and cares deeply about the customer’s experience. You’ll implement solutions to optimize processes and engage cross-functionality with our team to meet organizational goals.
Core responsibilities
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries in a considerate and timely manner.
- Triage incoming requests and spot trends in customer issues to flag.
- Maintain SOPs within customer service and supply chain management.
- Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure a smooth logistic operation for our D2C and B2B customers.
- Maintain and create production timelines for the manufacturing team.
- Assist Sales & Outreach team with operations-related tasks.
