The team at Energy Control put our fentanyl test strips to the test against dozens of references, mixes, and street samples, and we think the results speak for themselves.

Methods
The tests were considered negative when two colored brands appear, (C and T-band). Faint second lines (T-band) were considered to be negative.
For positive results, a 1μg/ml solution of fentanyl was taken as reference and a clear negative test result could be observed using deionized water.
All drug solutions were analyzed by GC/MS. The solutions were then prepared in six dilutions, ranging from 1000μg/ml to 0.01μg/ml in deionized water.
The tests were dipped into the drug solutions for 10-15 seconds and placed on a non-absorbent flat surface and the result was interpreted at 5 minutes.
Samples
The fentanyl test strips were examined using 74 different drug samples, containing both analytical standards and street samples to test real consumer scenarios.
